Frisbeekoutsi store terms and conditions

1. GENERAL TERMS

The contract terms described here are used for the services and products sold by the Frisbeekoutsi.fi online store in the business relationship between the Frisbeekoutsi store and its customer. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. Orders are subject to the sales terms valid at the time of the order on Frisbeekoutsi-fi's website. We are not responsible for damages caused by force majeure.
2. ORDERING AND PRICES
The best way to order products is through our online store. When placing an order, the customer must provide us with their complete contact information, including name, address, email address and mobile phone number.
We use the mobile phone number to reach the customer in possible problem situations. Posti will send a package arrival notification to your mobile phone, suitable for the delivery time of the home package delivery method, or send you the compartment code by text message for the package ordered at the parcel machine. Don't lose the message sent by Posti, because you need the code when picking up the package. Posti keeps the package for seven days after its arrival.
We will send the order confirmation to the e-mail address, as well as information about the shipment and shipment tracking information when sending your order.
The customer commits to the delivery conditions valid at the time of the order.
Product prices include VAT.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
Valid payment methods are PayPal Checkout and Paytrail.
Paytrail payment terms: Payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the implementation and payment service provider of the payment brokerage service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. 4. METHODS OF DELIVERY
We ship orders in Finland via Posti.
If the ordered product is not available for some reason, we will notify the customer by email or phone. The colors and prints of the products may differ from the examples in the online store images, especially in the case of more special colors (spectrum/other color) and individually colored (dyed) discs.
5. CLAIMS, EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS
The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging.
Products can be returned through Posti or directly by contacting the online store's customer service. Frisbeekoutsi -store is only responsible for the return costs if the product has a clear and identifiable defect, and there have been no errors in the delivery on the part of the online retailer. Other exchange and return costs are charged to the customer.

6. PROBLEM SITUATIONS IN TRANSPORT AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is lost or damaged during transport, the customer must immediately complain to the party responsible for the transport. You can notify us by email to email@example.com. If necessary, we will help to clarify the matter.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION BODIES
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can bring the matter of the Consumer Disputes Boardto be resolved.
Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates for consumer advice.
