EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS

The customer has the right to return the ordered product within 14 days of the goods' arrival. Returns must always be agreed in advance by email with our customer service (info@frisbeekoutsi.com). If the return does not involve incomplete or incorrect delivery by the online store, the customer will be charged the original delivery costs of the order and the return costs for the return made from within Finland. The right to exchange and return only applies to unused products, i.e. unthrown products in the case of golf balls.

The customer has the option to exchange the ordered product for another product of the same price or for a gift card. for the value of the product within 14 days of the arrival of the goods. If there is no defect in the product and it is not a wrong delivery, the customer is obliged to pay the return costs. The exchange must always be notified in advance by e-mail. Contact information for customer service can be found here. Incorrect or wrongly delivered products are always replaced in such a way that the customer does not incur additional shipping costs.
